Join us for in helping to provide Basic ESL Workshop Leader Training
Available either a 2-day in person workshop or a hybrid* workshop
Example: 2-day, in-person training event (Friday evening & all-day Saturday)
Friday will begin at 5:00P.M. & concludes at 9:00 P.M.
Check-in begins at 5:00PM, light dinner- 5:30PM, Training 6:00PM-9:00PM
Saturday will begin at 8A.M. & conclude at 5:00P.M. (lunch included)
*A hybrid style training event (7 hr. interactive on-line PLUS a five-hour live session) may be scheduled at a later date. Inquire at edelarosa@cawmu.org
12 hours required training for certification.
Training Materials and supplies are included in the registration fee.
For maximum benefit of the participants, training may be limited to 16 participants, so register early. This is an In-Person Training event.
$75 for Non-CSBC Churches

Literacy missions is training/ certification is provided by CA WMU
This training is provided by the Literacy Missions Team of CA WMU partnering with the National Literacy Missions Partnership. The National Literacy Missions Partnership works with NAMB Send Relief to equip local church volunteers in literacy ministries. (www.literacymissionssbc.net )
Facilitator: Gil De La Rosa, Director of Missions- Gold Coast Baptist Association; Certified English as Second Language Trainer, National Literacy Partnership/CA WMU - Compassion Ministries. Literacy ministries training is also available for training to begin Adult Reading & Writing and Tutoring Children & Young ministries in the local church.
